Résumé :

Célèbre animatrice de talk-show, Hailee est en pleine préparation de son émission de Noël lorsqu'elle découvre une photo de son fiancé Jason enlaçant une actrice. Bouleversée, elle roule jusqu'à Carver Bend, petite ville du Connecticut, où elle percute la clôture de la maison d'un juge, qui la condamne à 3 jours de travaux d'intérêt général. Elle doit aider à préparer les chars de la Parade. Citadine obsédée de boulot ayant oublié l'esprit de Noël, Hailee le retrouve en faisant équipe avec le sympathique et séduisant Beck. Artiste peintre donnant bénévolement des cours d'arts plastiques, il se bat pour sauver le centre culturel mis en vente par le maire...

Plot :

Hayley Temple (AnnaLynne McCord), the famous talk show host, is preparing for the holiday season by working; she's planning her very important TV show, her Christmas special. Already a scrooge, Hayley is even more miserable when she finds out her real-estate fiancée Jason (Drew Scott) is cheating on her - on air. To clear her head, she goes on a drive and ends up in Carver Bend, Connecticut, unfortunately crashing through a local judge's fence. Forced to do community service, she helps out her rescuer Logan (Jefferson Brown), by building a float for the town's annual Christmas parade to help save the town's art centre. While Hayley bonds with the locals, the art centre kids, and grows closer to Logan, she re-learns why the holidays are important to spend with loved ones, and she re-discovers the spirit of Christmas...

Résumé :

Christine, une mère divorcée qui peine à joindre les deux bouts, s'est installée il y a quelques mois à Wilsonville, une petite bourgade du Vermont. Un matin, elle sauve la vie d'une dame, Judy, victime d'une crise cardiaque. Mais en lui venant en aide, elle égare un médaillon représentant l'étoile polaire, un objet auquel elle tient énormément car il lui vient de son père, qu'elle n'a jamais connu. Puis Christine arrive en retard au restaurant où elle travaille, et elle est licenciée avant de s'apercevoir qu'elle a perdu son médaillon. A trois semaines de Noël, le sort semble s'acharner contre elle : son ex-mari veut obtenir la garde de leurs enfants, Zach et Kelly, et elle va se faire expulser de sa maison. C'est alors que Judy charge Jason, son petit-fils, de la retrouver. L'amour pourrait bien venir bousculer la vie de Christine... 

Plot :

When a struggling young single mother saves the life of an elderly woman, she sets into motion a series of events that will test her strength, loyalty, and determination, all the while setting her on the path to finding true love. Christine Eisley is the mother of seven-year- old Zach and five-year-old Haley. Her ex-husband provides little, if any, child support and makes life difficult for Christine by using the children as pawns.

She works long hours as a waitress to make ends meet, but her job is in jeopardy because she's often late to work due to the unreliable teenaged sitters she's forced to use.

When Christine saves the life of a woman who works in Wilson's department store, the owner of Wilson's wants to find her, to thank her, but Christine has disappeared, losing another job once again. He sets his grandson, Jason, to the task of finding the mysterious "Christy." Jason, an accountant by trade who has lost his job to downsizing, thinks he is "above" working at Wilson's. Soon, he discovers that this new task gives him more than he bargains for.
