Résumé

Gracie travaille pour un promoteur immobilier. Elle est en charge d'ouvrir un hôtel dans la petite ville d'Happy Hollow. Alors que son entreprise a racheté le terrain d'une ancienne ferme, elle se rend compte que cinq petites parcelles de terrain ont été cédées à des habitants lors d'une tombola organisée par les propriétaires de la ferme en 1965. Elle se met en quête de trouver ces propriétaires afin de sauver le projet d'hôtel, aidée par le bel historien de la ville.

Plot :

Real estate developer Gracie's new project hits a snag when she discovers the Christmas tree farm she bought had raffled deeds to locals. She teams up with historian Jack to persuade deed owners to relinquish their sentimental plots.
